"I realized that a recycled laptop wasn't just a device — it was a dream delivered. A child's first step toward something greater."
— Adrian Martinca, Founder & CEO
The Heart Behind the Mission
Adrian Martinca didn't set out to build a recycling company. He set out to solve a problem that kept him up at night: millions of children sitting in classrooms — or at kitchen tables during a pandemic — with no device, no internet, and no way to compete with the world around them.
Having navigated his own journey through challenges and setbacks, Adrian understood firsthand what it meant to be overlooked. He chose to channel that understanding into action — turning the mountains of discarded technology generated by businesses and schools into a lifeline for the students who needed it most.
What began as a simple idea — collect devices, restore them, deliver hope — grew into a movement. Technology For The Future became a bridge between the corporate world's waste stream and underserved communities' greatest needs.
Adrian's leadership is defined not by titles, but by trust. Trust earned through showing up — at schools, at community events, at the loading docks where devices are donated — with the same energy and commitment every single time.
