2. Technology For The Future SMS Program (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

2.1. Program Description
By opting into the Technology For The Future SMS Service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us regarding:
- Transactional Messages: Order confirmations, payment alerts, service updates, and appointment reminders.
- Promotional Messages: Exclusive offers, event information, and information about new programs or services.
2.2. User Consent and Confirmation
You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide and have the authority to consent to receive text messages. You understand that consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
2.3. Opt-Out and Customer Care Instructions
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS Service at any time. Simply reply with the word STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out status. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
- Customer Care: For support, reply with the word HELP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly using the information provided in Section 7.
2.4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency will vary. You can expect to receive both transactional and promotional messages based on your engagement with our services. Standard message and data rates may apply to any text message you send or receive. You are responsible for all charges associated with text messages imposed by your wireless service provider.
2.5. Support and Carrier Disclaimer
Technology For The Future, its service providers, and the mobile carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.
3. Website and Service Use
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in any conduct that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Technology For The Future or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
